This document is being finalised before launch. Moonshard is not selling subscriptions yet, so there is no agreement in force — we would rather publish nothing than publish placeholder text that looks binding.
Terms need a named legal entity, a jurisdiction and a registered address, and none of those exist yet. Publishing a template with the names left blank would be worse than publishing nothing: it would read as a contract while binding nobody.
Until this page carries a real document, nothing on this site is an offer and nothing you can do here creates an agreement.
