Refund policy

This document is being finalised before launch, for the same reason as the terms: it needs a legal entity that does not exist yet.

The intent, which will not change: thirty days from purchase, no explanation required. Ask on any of the channels on the contact page. A refund ends the subscription — the tunnel stops working when the refund is processed, not at the end of the period you paid for.

Cryptocurrency refunds go back to the address they came from, in the same asset. We cannot refund to a different address, because we do not know that it is yours.
